Hang Feeders?

Do you hang your feeders and waterers in the coop or suspend them off the ground??

we put the waterers up on blocks and we use range feeders which are lifted up on pipes off the ground.

I have my waterer on a two cinder blocks and the 40# feeder hangs by a chain at their shoulder level
