I'm just staying home and doing whatever.

Then, we are going to go watch fireworks like we always do.

Nothing much.

We are going to have breakfast with friends, then stop by the feed store and pick up my 9 new aracaunas.

Later we will be going to the inlaws to have a cook out.

Busy day here. We're off to Willimantic's Boom Box Parade in about half an hour,

then back to the house to load the drums and head over to the party where DH's band is playing. I haven't made anything to bring because I was sick. I'll have to throw something together really quickly....

Happy 4th of July everyone!!
Unfortunately we wont be doing much today, husband is at work, his cars transmission went, so he took my car to work. He will not be home until late, so no car means I can't go anywhere, oh well the kids and I will have our own celebration!!! I hate my husbands work they work every holiday. Today is his usual day on, so he has to work, no overtime no holiday pay, no choice. He doesn't complain because in this economy he knows he is lucky to have a job. It just stinks that he already has to work weekends, and misses everything, kid's soccer games, family parties, but to have to miss holidays is really way too much!!!
