Late last summer Spring Chickens told us about a group of mares from TAMU who were available for adoption. Thanks to her help, I was able to adopt an Appaloosa mare named Ginger. It is one year today that Ginger arrived here at the farm and I just wanted to post a couple of pictures I took today.
Ginger is absolutely the gentlest mare! She came to us with no promises--they didn't even think she was saddle-broke! Well, not only is she broke to ride but she's the sweetest ride you can imagine. We feel blessed to have her. Thank you, Spring Chickens.
And Happy Anniversary, honey!
