Everyone that remembers me.. the stray magnet with the stray chicken who had baby's under her porch n moved into our lives!!

well this morn when Feedin the chickens i found EGGS!!!! 2 of em.. all pretty and Eggie shape!!!. my son fed the chickens yesterday n is NOT allowed in the pen. he is to put the food in the run fill water n that's it.. so No clue if one of them was there yesterday and the 2nd laid today.. or both layed today.. but eh it's been cold enough this wek!! so I scooped em up and put them in the fridge.. I can gather whatever I find tomarrow and looks like hubby and I will taste our first fresh egg scramble eggs (For him) Over easy for me

First eggs are the BEST!

Don't worry about them sitting out for a day or so. When I grew up, we NEVER put eggs in the fridge. They never sat more than a day or so before we ate them too. CONGRATS!

Plucked egg number 3 from the coop!! .. now when will my other 4 hens lay. HURRY UP GIRLS> i want to see 5 eggs a day!!! LOL
