Its late now in day 20 and I can not wait to see them!

nope not part of the TSA....LOL

It is funny cause my name is Theresa but when my sis was little she called me "tsa" so that has been kind of my nickname for a while. HAHAHA!!!!

Well I am not hatching anything purebred....hehe....

I got 24 eggs from a lady that has a farm near us and she did not even know if they were fertilized because her one rooster was having problems I guess. So took them home....then candled them........
Well one was cracked but smelled something fierce...so that was tossed. Then one had a blood ring and another was developed a little but no veins and not moving, the other one I think is gone is in the incubator now..but we will see. Other then that when I candled on day 18 they were all moving sooo much!

The rooster is a andalusian and the other hens are all "muts" and mixtures of different breeds. I did not care, I just wanted to have fuzzy cute buts around.

So excited! I hope to see one out of the egg and I probably will not get any sleep tonight!

Haven't taken any pictures yet...I'll take some this morning when I move them to their brooder box. There are 4 and another zipped almost all the way. Don't see anything out of the others, so they may not have made it. They were all still going when I moved them out of the turner, but the cold may have done them in. After what they've been through I'm happy for the ones I've got.
