I do what I can to help save the planet everyday, not just on Earth Day but HAPPY EARTH DAY TO Y'ALL!!!!

I put the chickies out to fertilize my lawn

no really i opened the windows and doors, no a/c, no dryer and no car today. we plan to be carbon neutral in 3 yrs when the new house is complete. going solar with a geothermal heating and cooling.

At my school we made a circle around the flagpole, sang "He's got the whole world in his hands" while we passed a globe around the circle, then prayed together. Then we picked up trash all around the school grounds, and planted flowers that the kids brought in. One little girl in my class brought in tomato plants so I had to figure out where to plant them. We decided to use an area that used to be a sandbox years ago and still had timbers around it. So we dug that up and planted the tomatoes there. The kids had a great time. It's important to make memories with the kids, not just study and do schoolwork all the time!
