Happy Halloween to all..

But sometimes I just don't get it. We live in such a PC world. We are told that we can't comment on this or that topic cause it might offend people. This especially so cause of religious beliefs. We pride ourselves on how we pray for people and call on gods guidance in every decision that is made....

and then we all go out and celebrate dressing as witches, ghosts, demons etc

WHat a crazy mixed up world we live in here

PS.. All you citizens of the USA...please go vote!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ONE AND ALL!!!!!!

Halloween has many meanings. It is a celebration of the end of harvest. It is a day for facing and laughing at the things we are afraid of (i.e. things that go bump in the night). It is a day to act the way you really want to and nobody cares. It is a day to try on a new persona. It is a day to show off your creativity in your costumes and decorations. It is one last party before the days get really short and you are trapped inside for the winter.

That is my little essay on what Halloween means to me.

Do not eat all the candy at once, make it last.

I know quite a few of us live in rurals areas - WHATCH OUT FOR THE KIDS! We don't have street lights in my neighborhood and it is very hard to see people walking. So I just wanted to say BE CAREFUL.
