He backed up more not liking her tone of voice he hated it when Julie got onto him "I laughed at whisperer im sorry" he said looking down

"Come on. You are gonna apologize to him. Why would you laugh at him for that?"

"I just wanted him to feel bad cause he scared me..."

"Well he already feels bad enough, alright? No more laughing at him" she said, clipping a lead rope to his halter. "You're gonna apologize. He needs a friend, not an enemy"

"I dont wanna be his friend though" Argo groaned

"Well you aren't gonna be mean to him, got it? You can stay away from him, but you will not be mean."

"I'm serious Argo. He's already really upset without anyone adding to it" she growled.
