Will heard Champ and whinnied loudly.

Champ whinnied back, and started loping. Michel clung to his mane, and the boy and horse sped through the trees.

Danny gently got up and walked away from Will. "Michel Champ?" She called confused.

Will looked up at her, and so did Hope. They both got up, shook off, and walked to meet Champ. Will nickered to his friend.

Champ slowed to a halt, and Michel slid off his back. His face was bloody and bruised, but he was smiling. "I rode him." He laughed. "He let me ride him!"

Danny gasped in horror and rushed to him. "What happened?!"

Champ nickered, and hurried to his friend, nudging him gently. "Will! What happened? I tried to find you, but my human got hurt."

Danny gasped in horror and rushed to him. "What happened?!"

"I don't really know. I was holding on to him, and then he just kinda charged off. Towards the road. I knew I had to stop him, so I tried to pull him back. Well, that didn't really work, and I got dragged, but he put me on his back on the way home!" Michel smiled, wiping blood off his forehead.

Champ nickered, and hurried to his friend, nudging him gently.  "Will! What happened? I tried to find you, but my human got hurt."

"That was very very stupid of you yet brave...lets go get you cleaned up." Danny said smiling.

Danny walked into the stables and went to where she kept her stuff. "Ok I think I got what all I need to patch you up...." Danny called pulling out a first aid kit.
