Danny walked into the stables keeping her head low.

Julie stood. "Hey, Danny!" she waved. "You're here early," she said, dusting off her clothes.

"Yeah..." Danny muttered going to a random horses stall and walking it to the pasture.

Julie jogged to catch up to her. "You ok?" she asked, concerned.

"Yeah I'm fine..." Danny said looking at her feet.

"No, you aren't. Danny, what's wrong?" she asked, knowing her young friend better than that.

"I-it's nothing." Danny said her voice slightly cracking.

"You know you can tell me anything" he said quietly, sitting on a hay-bale.

"I don't want to talk about it...maybe later?" Danny said pulling her hood to cover her face more.

"I'm always here" she smiled. She walked away. "Literally," she said quietly.
