Tori sat next to the stall Rusty used to be in, she was quietly sobbing to herself. Rusty had gotten colic and died from it. There was nothing else she could do to save him.

Rooster looked down at the ground wondering if it was his fault.

Melissa walked over. "You ok? What happened?"

He sighed and looked away giving her access to the girth

Melissa walked over. "You ok? What happened?"

Tori looked away, she didn't want her to see her. "Nothing." she muttered. This happened to her first horse, and it has happened again.

"Thank you" she said, hooking and tightening the girth. "See, that wasn't too hard, was it?"
