"I saw a lady take 3 horses that were about to be beaten to death.  What do you think she was going to do with them?"

"I heard about a place called a sloughter house. Thats where she was taking them. Humans are going to feed them to dogs." He said

"Alright, if you're sure"

Danny nodded. "Yeah."

"Don't they normally take them on a trailer?" she asked, confused.

"Well, I guess we'll find out tomorrow. I hear she has been taking all the horses right before they are killed lately"

She shrugged and yawned. It was dark. "Let's get some sleep. I hear being beaten tired is worse than being beaten awake" she said softly. A deep fear and pain shone in her eyes for only a moment, then it was gone. She didn't want to look weak. She was getting what she deserved, even though she didn't know why.
