"It was great she was the best woman ever but along the way her and her unkle got a devorce and her ex-husband got my cousin Alex and we lost communication. Well it was good until November 8th..." Danny said trailing off her breath hitching in her throat.

"Danny, you don't have to go on if you don't want to,if it hurts, I understand" he said gently, not wanting her to get upset.

"No it's fine, I want to go on", Danny said, "My aunt was a rich woman and people where often trying to steal from her. Well we had just gotten back from a day of riding my horse Holly and we had walked in there where a bunch of robers...the first thing she did was push me begind her. They shot at her and hit her three times in the chest twice in the head and once in her throat. After that they all fled and I called the police holding my bleeding and dying in my arms", Danny said.

"I'm so sorry" he said softly.

"Well after that I was forced to move back to my parents because I was supposedly just spending the summer there even though it had been years. When I got back to my parents house and the same thing continued as if I never left", Danny said.

He had been shifting a bit since the story started, he was now at her side. He rested a hand gently on her shoulder.

 

[Wintent]

Danny flinched at the sudden contact then relaxed. "Then..." she trailed off.

He waited patiently, not wanting to push her to tell anything she wanted to skip over.

"Then I turned to things...bad thing...I began drinking, cutting, and...d-drugs", Danny whispered ashamed.

Willow listened quietly to them, still in Faith's paddock.

Ben nodded understandingly, now rubbing her back gently with one hand.
