Hi from Alaska! I just acquired a flock of Chix (chickens) from my landlord. I have a huge chix coop and am learning as I go. I have a degree in Ornithology, and have been a Commercial Fisherman/Merchant Marine all my working days. Domestic Birds is not something I studied! But, danged if my little flock of 6 ladies and Mr. Gray don't take my heart. My new flock of 8 ducks, too!
