Those last 40 seconds were pure agony. I did this one at an incline since my knees were super sore. Idk if I'm doing something wrong but inhaling caused full body tremors, like a lot more than the usual muscle shakeage.
Tomorrow I think I'll skip planks and just do some hands and knees movements to work on my moving my core, rather than just the isometric plank.
 
What method is everybody using to do their planks?? On knees or not? On elbows with knees/without. Arms extended with/without, etc. Genuinely curious.

This was agonizing. Slipknot definitely helped me through this one 😆
