I can't believe this is still going I'm not sure if I want to torture myself, but I'll try. It'll be interesting to see any changes at the end of a month.

I really struggled today. My core is killing me
I'm doing this on a tile floor and no matter what I do I keep sliding across it, that just really adds to the difficulty. I used to plank on a proper surface.

All I have is concrete so I got a yoga mat so I didn't slide. My feet hang off but if i wear shoes I don't slide. Plus the extra cushion is nice, planking on hard surfaces sucks
