I found counting breaths to help me immensely! I also close my eyes so I'm not watching the stopwatch.

This makes no sense to me, and I'm sure it's all in my head. I count my breaths up to ten, then count again up to ten, as I've mentioned. I swear I get a second wind when I start at "one" again. Like my brain says, oh, we're just starting, muscles are good and strong and NOT trembling...

Eyes closed except for the peek when I started to shake at 40 seconds. That peek messed me up.

I can definitely see a difference in my abs, just in the short time I've been doing this.

I hope to see some difference in my upper arms too. I have the old lady sag going on in my triceps. Or, as someone told my step mom when she was in her upper 70s, "You have lots of skin on your arms."
