24 hour time. The military does use 24 hour time but it is not military time. Many others also use 24 hour time and they have nothing to do with the military.

When you set your device for the time the options are 12 hour time and 24 hour time.

I can barley do a side plank for 30 seconds. And I'll bet my form isn't very good either.

Had to take a week break (tip- don’t actually stab yourself with a knife) so got set back a bit and was only able to get 2:08. Got to learn how to process a chicken while doing it though!
