I blew off my morning plans and am still sitting in bed. Sleeping until
9:30 was so great.

The sun is shining and the roads are drying....

My ToDo list is LONG. Ok, maybe finish cleaning out the barn. It's
nasty in there. Oh decisions.....


Ya know a picnic somewhere would be nice. Anyone interested?

I slept in too since both kids stayed at granma's last night . They got home before I got to finish watching the movie I wanted to see.

I am hoping to get to the farmer's market this morning.....

I am planning on weeding the garden and cleaning coops today. A picnic sounds much nicer! I hope you have a wonderful day, sounds like you're off to a great start!

Hi PC, picnic sounds good. It's a rare gorgeous day here, not too hot. But I am stove up and creeping around, so I 'll bring something easy..... how about the potato salad? Italian style, no mayo?

I love Saturdays...just by virtue of them being Saturdays.

I swear it looks different outside on Saturday, I don't know why.

Storms and rain coming thru here this weekend; thats okay, I love being home when its raining. Might doing some planting, always good to do it in the rain.

Maybe a little cooking, some good stuff on the Recipe Forum.

And playing with puppies is always on the agenda.

Up early, made a cappucino (LOVE my Keurig!) and went out to check on the girls - this is their first day of coop lockdown as they acclimate to being in there full-time.

They did great last night!

Getting nails done; meeting a friend for wine and cheese; then family dinner - roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy because that's what my boys like.

And the sun is out today!

froth milk.

The coffeemaker does not make cappucino, but I purchased the milk frother accessory which is INCREDIBLE!!!! You get it at their online web site.
Fill with milk to the lower line level and push the button. PERFECT hot milk with oodles of foam EVERY TIME!

To think I once spent an obscene amount of $$$ on a fancy espresso machine contraption that never worked properly.

I actually researched Keurig and bought stock in Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, who have a stake in the company. I think it's one of the best product lines with huge growth potential. But then, I am addicted to my coffee...
