Every year we go up in the tree house and eat Chinese take out. It is the only long day of the year that we do not work until dusk.
Our neighbors either love us or want us committed. no middle ground.

How the ancients celebrated solstice

On winter solstice had our grand daughter stand an egg on its end wonder if it will work on summer solstice. Will have to try when I get home from work this moring. Something to try with your kids today
