Hard belly

I have two baby chicks and one of them has a abdomen that is always hard,he's eating and drinking well but can get cold more easily and is less active. Is this something concerning?

Your chick could have impacted crop. This is when there crop gets really full and it is hard for their food to pass through. I sent you a link to a website that tells you what you should do.

He is a little lethargic and less active than the other I one he is finally pooping though but still is less active

What are you feeding the chicks? What bedding/litter are you using? Do they have grit available? Are you using a heat lamp or a heat plate/pad (if using plate/pad, are lights on during day, off at night?)
