Hard boiled eggs

I just died easter eggs and I have silkies that hatched monday. Could I feed hard boiled eggs to them? How do I feed the hard boiled egg?? With the shell??? With the yolk?? With grit???

I just peel them and smoosh them up with a fork!! They go bonkers over them!!!

I don't give them grit when they just get eggs every once in a while only when they start getting other things.. Bugs, greens, etc...

Our family loves hard boiled eggs too much. The 2 dozen my kids are dying right now will be consumed by the humans over the next few days.
