Hard cooked eggs

When I cook hard boiled eggs some of the yokes come out with a greenish/gray colorbetween the white part & the yellow yoke. What causes this does anybody know? It dosen't happen all the time, but when it does it looks funky. Is it ok to eat them that way? Thanks for your help
