hard knot in crop

1.5 year old Grey Ameraucana with hard knot in crop.

Feels like a bolus about the size of a nickel of the grit I have available in their coop

She also is losing feathers, not sure if this is her first molt or being picked on

Isnt laying...

Trying to get her to eat something (salad greens, cucumber, polenta, oatmeal, sprouted raisin bread...)

Any ideas or thoughts on what is going on?

I'm not thinking impacted crop as no sour smell

I first noticed this yesterday
