One of my girl has a hard lump above her eye and in her wattle area. She may have another smaller lump developing on the other eye as well, but it’s hard to tell.
The lumps have been there for a couple weeks now and she has no noticeable symptoms. It doesn’t seem to bother her when it’s touched. She’s about 16 weeks old and she’s the biggest out of our others.

Could this just be from pecking? Should we do anything, or just wait and see what happens?

There looks to be possible spot on the bumps which could be from a peck wound. The other thing we would probably worry about is a small tumor, seen in a couple of chicken viruses. Let us know of any changes.

If it is from peck wounds, would the main worry be about the spots abscessing? Is it possible for them to still go away on their own, if it's already been a few weeks?

Thank you for your help! I appreciate it!

I would just watch them to see if they increase in size, since we really don’t know exactly what they are. An abscess would be a little soft, and might pop open. Since they are hard, they might be cysts. Time will tell.

I haven’t been able to determine who’s been doing it yet, but the last 3 days I’ve notice more of this type of poop. Does this mean we may have Coccidiosis? We haven’t introduced anyone new, but it has been pretty humid and rainy where we live. I let them out in the yard for about 30 min to an hour everyday, while I clean their coop and run. Everyone is still acting normal.
