Hard lump chicken abdomen

Our poor girl fell in our duck pool today, when pulling her out I noticed a hard lump on her stomach.. any ideas??

Poor thing. Now that she’s dry she’s starting to eat and drink and walk (leans to one side) but doesn’t seem to be in pain, so I guess we will just have to see how she does. Hopefully she says pain free.

Chickens are quiet when in pain, they don't show it so if she starts to draw away and get quiet, that's typically signs of pain. I'd imagine she's uncomfortable right now.
