⠀ Hard molt

I have a hen that went through a hard molt and hasn't grown feathers back all summer. Her skin is very dry. Is there anything I can feed or apply that will help her prep for the winter?

What do you mean by a hard molt, growing back the feathers is one half of the molt, so technically your hen isn't through the molt. There must be something else going on, do you have a rooster wearing the feathers off or other chickens feather picking.

Hard molt-complete lose of all feathers. No no pecking up and feather pulling she just hasn't grown any feathers back all summer. She has been put on a feather health diet and separated from others.

So she's bald all summer, that would probably mean she has something wrong hormonal, something that's not allowing her to grow feathers, that would be my thoughts, I know when my dog was on steroids long term she didn't shed her coat until she came off them so that would be why I'm thinking that. Not sure what could be done.
