My Salmon Faverolle is Still recovering from fowl pox. What I thought was swelling from the pox appears to be a hard round ball like growth with small veins, inside the eye underneath the lower lid. It does move around if pushed.
This can’t be good, right?

It looks like pox scabs in the eye. Secondary bacterial infections can be common, so it would not hurt to use Terramycin eye ointment in the eye twice a day. Clean it with saline before applying if there is eye drainage.

That is what's odd; I've been doing Terramycin twice a day for 2 weeks, since first signs of the pox appeared.
