well we r on day 20 but they will probally be lait cause the whole tem thing well i have one that started rockin last night at like 11 and still has not made a hole is this normal

It's normal, they can start pipping anywhere bettweek 19 at earliest and 23 days at latest and still make it. Average is day 21 to pip and hatch. Hatch from pip can take up to 24 hours if not more if an early pipper.

When one hatches out, take the egg shell, and use a nail and push outwards from the inside of the shell, it's fragile in that direction, but strong inwards.
