Hard to peel eggs

cooking them this long causes them to get the yellow/brown/green sulfur around the yolk.
10 is plenty of time to cook the egg thoroughly and give you a bright yellow fluffy yolk.
I know the green you speak of but our eggs have beautiful bright yellow yolks. Much better looking than the store bought eggs we used to boil.

I start the time a soon as I put the eggs in the water so it's not boiling for a few minutes...maybe we are doing the same thing.
