Hardest to sex? Silkies! Please help!

Every one of them looks the same to me, other than color! Any guesses? All of the white and buff#1 are 14-15 weeks. The other three are 8-10 weeks.

One of the white ones was acting kind of roo-ish this evening. Still, two roos among eight chickens is good in my book!
