Those are rare sea ducks. I know a guy who used to have them, and a waterfowl collection in NY (Gooseneck Hill Waterfowl Sanctuary) has them. Basically they are high end ducks that will be hard to find and expensive. Better start with the more basic ornamental waterfowl and work your way up once you have the proper facilities.

Ohh I wasn't looking to buy any in a flash I just started in mandarins and after
I get some more teal , shell ducks and maybe some eiders which will be in many many many years I was just wondering if they are even in America

Yes they are. If you PM I can get you the contact information to the people I know who have them if you want to pick their brain. You are on the correct path with your progression of species. They definitely are a species I would love to have eventually.
