Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Incubator is AMAZING!

The Incuview was the other incubator on my wish list. A few years ago I researched incubators & recommended the Incuview to a preschool. I enjoyed using it but the price went up the next year. I couldn't afford one for myself.

.....That's why I jumped at the NR360 when the price came down

I got mine when they were on sale(30% off) during a holiday sale...
prompted buy someone on an Incuview review thread, where the MFG was very supportive.

I bought 2 of my NR360s when I had 10% off coupons through Tractor Supply's Neighbor's rewards program and the 3rd NR360 I bought used. The IncuView I paid boku bucks for, lol. I was tired of hand turning my goose eggs so much in my NR360 at the time.

The one thing I am having issues with in the NR 360 is the way it turns bantam eggs. It seems to just slide them rather than roll and is not smooth but jerky almost. I added a non stick mat like was recommended (forget where now LOL) this helps the eggs roll rather than slide but doesn't fix the jerky movement any other suggestions. I have shipped bantam ameracauna eggs in it now :fl its not too much vibration for them.

I've hatched all different sizes of eggs with success. The really tiny bantam eggs do bounce around a bit more and I occasionally have to turn them in the correct direction again but I've never had issues with them sliding so not sure want to suggest there other than the mat you're already trying. Are you sure the turning tray is set all the way down?

I quickly took the eggs out and double checked that everything was lined up correctly and it was. I did notice that water is in the area around the turner rod in the bottom and the turner rod is a little rusty. Ill pay more attention to not putting too much water in Port A. I am just going to leave it alone for now and mess with it after this hatch. I did candle a few of the eggs and the air cells look pretty good and saw growth but I only candled 3.

That's very odd, is the incubator on a tilted surface? The water usually overflows into the "B" side and if you're really overzealous there are overflow/vent holes in the bottom where it can come out on your counter, lol. Never had water go in the center where the rod is though.

For hatching, do you have to take the turner out? Or will they be able to each hatch in their little section?

Definitely take the turner out. It will prevent them from being about to push out or they will trip all over it. You can simply gently lift up on the NR360 turner with all of the eggs in place. I take the eggs out when removing the turner now just because I like to put down no-skid shelf liner because it makes clean up a tad easier. I've done several hatches in the NR360s without the liner and it's not necessary but it's nice and soft for them if you do use it.
