I need to do this. Mine are all close but slightly off this last time.I calibrate my meat thermometer and check them against that. I label the ones that are slightly off.

Thank you I saw an insert on Amazon also. That was one reason I was hesitant on getting it because of insert availability. I am tempted to see about hatching pheasant someday. Maybe even some quailOh yes, I've hatched quail, turkeys, geese, and peafowl in the NR360s. You can get turner inserts for different sized eggs on Etsy now too.

Should someone accidentally tag AartA salt test is the only way I'm aware of calibrating for humidity. Considering I have 12 to compare to each other to and make sure none of them are faulty...I didn't calibrate the humidity...waiting for the hand slap from art...View attachment 3070226

Nope, that’s what I was asking! Thanks! (The how do I know my hygrometer is accurate)There are probably instructions here, but I used this information from a cigar shop. Maintaining the proper humidity is important for cigars, too.

EDIT-- Actually, I may not have answered the question that was asked. To test humidity in the incubator, use a separate hygrometer (humidity meter). There are tons on Amazon. The question I answered is, "How do I know my hygrometer is accurate?"
