Its day 18 went in there to take the turner out and and chick was pushing out of the shell?!?!

Hi, if the baby is coming out by them self, then they must be ready, and they should be fine.
But make sure once the baby has fluffed up in the incubator, to take it out, put it under a heat lamp and make sure it has access to food and water.
The day after it hatches, make sure it drinks!
