Has anybody tried moving a sizable bird house?

The girls have a 75x75 or so run, but there is no way for me to cover it and the hawks are back. I get hawks are a part of keeping chickens/ducks, but if I can keep them happy and safe, I can shrink them down a bit.
Their hut is 8x6 and on 4x6" skids. I'm afraid dragging it could break windows or make the door go out of whack (more than it is)
Not sure wheels will be able to support the weight and same concern with breaking glass
Suggestions on moving it intact?

In October me and the hubby moved to our new piece of property and had to move our 7x9 coop. 4 grown men and a 4x7 trailer with 2 axles did it. They tipped it back while I backed the trailer up, then they slid it up on it, rinse and repeat when we dropped it off. We did take the roof off because it made it to heavy

The builder moved ours around with a skid steer on one end and wheels on the other. I don't know what they are called, maybe house moving jacks? They clamped onto the skids, each had two wheels. A big equipment rental place might have some.

How much of a chore would it be to remove the windows and then put them back?
Too hillbilly here to have any good solutions. I've never moved any structures with glass so idk.
Anything I have moved I used metal chainlink fencing posts to throw under it and use like rollers. Use several and as one clears throw it back in front and continue.
Most everything I've just pushed but for that distance I'd probably drag it with some type of vehicle.
That's all I got.

Do you have a tractor or friends with one? Or a neighbor with one you could offer a few bucks? We have one & put long forks on it to move the coops. If yours is on skids already you're halfway there. We move them with the windows in, not an issue.
