Has anybody tried moving a sizable bird house?

I had thought about maybe rolling with with PVC pipes
We do have a tractor and the husband was looking at getting fork extenders.
We also have a tilt trailer we could probably get it on.
We have options, I'm just not sure which is best.
Thanks for all the suggestions :)

In October me and the hubby moved to our new piece of property and had to move our 7x9 coop. 4 grown men and a 4x7 trailer with 2 axles did it. They tipped it back while I backed the trailer up, then they slid it up on it, rinse and repeat when we dropped it off. We did take the roof off because it made it to heavy
Good work!

We've moved two buildings. A 12X12 coop that was 10' high at the peek. We removed roof and then cut the coop in half. Loaded each half separately onto a trailer. Made a few adjustments and reassembled the four pieces in about half a day.

The other building was a 10'X20' shed, with no floor. We were just moving it across our property to a new location. We had been stalling on making this move for some time, thought maybe 6 people down each side could lift it and walk it. Then one snowy, 25 degree morning my husband said I have a plan we are moving the building today. We jacked up the building and he put it on skids. We towed the building with our 4X4 truck. It glided across the snow and ice with ease, even up the hill and through the pasture!
