Hi,

I went to the waterloo swap and sell. I think they have one every month. That was my first time. What did you think? I thought it was o.k. Not a lot of variety. I did buy one black silkie pullet for $6.00. I thought a lot of the poultry wasn't very well taken care of. Maybe it's just me though. I plan on going to a swap & sell in Park Hills Mo. the first Sunday of Nov. Ever been? Is that closer or further for you?

There was a swap and sell there today , actually. The next one is in November. I think it's the 30th. It is usually the last Sunday of the month. It is put on buy the Midwest Bird and Animal Breeders Assoc. If you google that, you can visit their web site.

Have you ever been to a sale in Park Hills Mo. put on by the Mineral Area Bantam Club? Just curious. They have one on Nov. 2nd and I am thinking about going even though it's quite a trek.

Cool! I am taking chickens up there this year. I need to get rid of some because I am trying to just stick with a few breeds.
