I can't remember if I suggested this before but can you try using an eye dropper to suck out the nares?

Don't do this until someone else gives the ok but since the nares communicate and you can see right through from on side to the other can you squirt some water through to clean them?

If worried about her aspirating I wouldn’t.

The nares are connected to the sinus cavity. Squirting fluid into the nares could push debris further in and cause more problems.

What about a pair of sterile tweezers or a tooth pick and going very carefully?

Ok, so I have a question... If Joy's legs keep bending back like this....does anyone know what happens? Does a bone break? Joint pop? Etc....?
