To me it looks like the hock joint is hyperextended. I think it she were mine i would try splinting the legs into the proper position.

I don't think the brain has anything do do with it.They Will bend forward correctly, and it doesnt seem to hurt her, but her brain(?) just keeps shooting the message "STRAIGHT". So I just have to find a way, if possible, to change that.

This is about to make me scream. Her upper leg area is so small and the space between her knee and 1st toe/nail, thatbit just wont wrap. It keep pushing off the corner
