Has anyone bred Pekin and welsh harlequin ducks together??

I did remove the shoes. Feel like great. But, everytime I wrapped it tight enough to hold it, her feet would get darker and darker (cutting off circulation) Her legs are just so darn small.

Ok. I have a question. If something is hurting the duckling, they will squeal or chirp loudly right? Ate her legs muscles pushing back against me just the "muscles spasms" or is it hurting her to bend correctly? She doesnt make any noise when we slowly bend them or hold them, but I did a full wrap to bend her legs halfway for now. Just wanting to make sure that I'm not hurting her.

It's actually just a little colored mark. Most of the ducklings are black with some yellow. I had 2 that were mostly yellow with some black here and there, including her. Yes, it looks out of place because she only has that one spot. Or....that's what I think anyway. The other yellow one has a few black spots on her legs and toes

I agree, they do. But when I looked at the other ducklings, I couldnt for the life of my get them to straight their legs out to compare. Right now I loosely wrapped an ace bandage around her whole middle section of her body with legs lightly folded up. Very nervous about it, worried shes in pain.

I’d think if she was in pain she’d be making some kind of noise. We know when they get stuck or something they make cries like their in pain.

Exactly, That's what I thought, but..... I've accidentally stelped on Max's foot and he just stood there pulling it. Never made a peep, the rest of the time, they're all noisy as can be, so...just thought I'd ask.
Joy is wrapped right now with legs mostly bent...... sound asleep. So, were tip-toeing around.
