I think you should listen to @casportpony and just leave her rest for now. Evidently something caused the bruising but there really isn’t any way for any of us to know what is causing it. Maybe to many things have been tried and she needs to recoup. Lords knows I was telling you to try this an that. How has her appetite been today?

It's been ok. She ate her meals, not a huge amount but enough

Okay anytime my birds have been in pain first thing that goes Is appetite. If she’s eating to me that’s a good sign.

I haven't given her the pain meds tho, do u think I should? Been scared, but I will if u think I should. Something is hurting her in that leg tho, she shreaks if she's turned or angled a certain way in that leg

Ok, my husband is home so gonna give her a little bit of meds and go from there
