Has anyone built a folding bench?

I got 15 pieces of 4' long 2x4 redwood at the big box store and would like to build an outdoor bench for watching chicken TV. I thought if the seat folds up or down when it's not in use, it would stay much cleaner.

Has anyone built such a thing? I'd love to hear some ideas or see some pictures...
