I built two so far and used cheap plastic wire ties we got it the $1.00 store think we got like 150 for a dollar use maybe two bags for a two panel trailer works ok.
if you plan on using wheels on it make the bottom 2x4's about 9" longer for each set of wheels make it easier to move you can just push it. we used a 5/8" dia hole and bolted the wheels to the 2 x 4's. so they don't rub against the wire panels.
