Has anyone ever adopted animals from Farm Animal Shelters?

Now, I'm not at all against veganism, or vegetarianism, or what-have-you. But I *am* against people trying to villify anyone that keeps animals for eating or breeding or pets.

Amen to that! We adopted two kitties a couple weeks ago and it cost us $100. BUT, they were spayed and had their shots and came with a free vet visit.
