I have one big cornish X that is about 17 weeks old. I have been letting her grow, hoping to breed some little meaty-ish babies. So, I can't help you but I am anxious for someone that can to reply!
-However, she is pretty gross. Her butt stays dirty because she lies around all the time and poops poops poops. I have flipped her over and hosed her off a couple times but that doesn't help for long.
I just don't know if it is worth it. Do you think I waited too long to process her? She is really heavy! Will she be a "tough old bird"?
