Has anyone ever got chicks from “The Chick Hatchery”?

I ordered from them last August. Ordered 15 received 19. 2 were lost while in transit. Got some Speckled Sussex, RIR, GLW, EE and even though im a chicken newbie I cant tell from comparing mines to other pics posted here and there that what I received is good quality. Just this week i received and order for my dad and lost half of the shipment upon arrival. (Chicks were weak) im thinking it was still too cold. All the tiny ones died. The rest are doing great. They quickly refunded me $ right after the 24hrs had passed since receiving the chicks. Ordered 18 received 20.
Ok thank you you

I just got my first shipment from them this past Tuesday (March 3rd 2020) and had a great experience! I ordered 5 rainbow assortment chicks, and they sent me 6. All were active and appear very healthy. I don't know for sure what I have, but they are all different colored chicks. I think I have 2 easter eggers (different colors), a plymouth rock, a welsummer, a buff orpington, and one other that is white that I'm not sure about. They arrived the very next day after they were shipped out, which was sooner than anticipated, and all of them ate and drank right away once I got them home. This was my first time getting chicks, and I emailed the company ahead of shipment with questions and they responded right away. They were packed great with a little heating pack with them and some grow-gel things (I think) for them to peck at during transit. Overall, VERY satistfied and would recommend. I will say, they are listed as headquatered in Michigan, but my chicks came from somewhere in Missouri, so they must contract out different hatcheries.

I’ve used The Chick Hatchery two years in a row for meat birds and was very happy with the health and number of the chicks. They all survived from shipment through to processing.
