Has anyone ever gotten chicks from here...................

I want to order some chicks. I Want some ISA Browns. I have only found one hatchery that carries them, Townline Hatchery in Zeeland, Michigan. I PM'd a BYC member who works there but was wondering if other members have ever gotten any chicks from them.

Arent Isa Browns the same as Red Sex-Links? I might be wrong, but someone will correct me.

Honestly yes, I believe they are all the same. Red sex links, Cinnamon Queens, Production Reds, all the same bird.

No I haven't ever ordered from Townline.

I havent bought from them yet but have corosponded with them inquiring about chickens and they seem to be very good people. They gotta be good chickens "They're Michiganders"

The rooster is a Rhode Island Red and the hen a Rhode Island White, But the ISA Brown is not simply mating the two. There was some genetics involved to produce the ISA Brown.

My batch of 25 arrived on Feb 25th from this company. Very friendly and very nice babies. All are doing well.
