The site itself doesn't look very reliable, but you could maybe Google the owner's name and see if anyone has bought from them. Or just contact the owner directly and talk to them and see what you think. Sometimes good people can have crummy sites. It happens! It's worth investigating, anyway! I wouldn't necessarily write them off just because of the site.
