Has anyone in England neutered their cockerels?

has anyone in the uk neutered their cockerels? Where did you have it done? Did it go okay? I can’t find anywhere that will do it. I’m mostly interested in chemical castration.

There is a procedure called Caponing that removes the testicles from a rooster. Some places do it so they can raise the bird to a larger size without hormones.

I know but that is very risky and I don’t care about size as they are pets not for consumption

To prevent aggression, noise & breeding. Like any other pet.
